Ascent began by helping professionals understand private real estate. As the investor base grew, the firm expanded into sourcing, structuring, and managing opportunities across several asset classes.
Today, Ascent participates as a co-general partner with decision rights and, where appropriate, operates assets directly. The goal is greater visibility into performance and more direct influence over execution.

Peter leads Ascent’s strategy, partnerships, and investment platform. A physician entrepreneur with experience across multiple real estate asset classes, he founded Passive Income MD and has participated in more than $1 billion in transactions.

Mith Jegapragasan, MD
Mith brings a background in institutional investing and operations. He oversees asset-level performance, operating relationships, and investor engagement across the portfolio.

Wilbur Lin
Wilbur has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including over a decade in medical office. He has participated in approximately $900 million in transactions across multiple market cycles.
